as a life long rovers fan i must say i think we played quite well in comparison to the crap i have been watching this year.

This still hurts. Ouch. I think Danny Baker said he had a mate at this game who between going for food, beer and the loo managed to miss all the goals... It was from the days when tv cameras at the ground were quite a rare event, so it's quite something that it was recorded in such high quality.

Actually your goal keeper made 6 great saves and the score could have been 15-0. We clapped him off the park. I was there that day and the highlights were on telly the next day. We were all in shock leaving the ground afterwards. It was totally unexpected and Colin Lee score 4 goals on his debut if I am correct.
