This is my second game demo for GameBoy Advance, done in plain C. The retro look is somewhat intended. C lacks objects so I used a lot of structs and pointers to keep track of the sprites and things. There is a "track editor" that you don't see here. Also a track randomizer that took too much time to make decent so I had to throw it out.

In retrospective: This is the second and final GBA game demo I did so, as a second attempt I guess one wants to do everything at once. It was fun to make but it looks kind of uh raffish now.

By the way, the AI for the cars "looks ahead" and decelerate before corners. Unfortunately making it look for rocks and other cars was too time consuming so I would have to reduce the number of cars to make that work. Now they just run into whatever is on the track.
