@Mumblemumble375 Doubt it, the filter light here is clear, and it's been here for years and none of the timings change during commuting times. So if he has been this way before, he will know that it's not the quickest wait.

Obviously he sounds his horn because he's confused by why all the cars in front of him are stopped at the red light. Red means go!

i have seen something similar to this several times near where i live, there is three lane road, with traffic lights 1st lane = left turn/straight on, 2nd lane = straight on controlled by one set of lights and the 3rd lane right turn controlled by another set of lights. looks as though he thought the green light was for him and he waited for break in traffic to execute the turn. it always amazes me when this happens since it is easy to understand and been there for years.
