This is Marty Friedman performing at the "Not Dead Yet" - the Jason Becker tribute show. It was held March 26, 2011 at Slim's in San Francisco. There were a ton of amazing guitar players there so check out some of the other videos. Jason Becker is an amazing musician who is stricken with ALS. He was in attendance, though, which was cool to see. My thanks to Chris Thomas!

hey mate, yeah this song is called 'devil take tomorrow' from Marty's Loudspeaker album that was from around 2006 i think. But yeh can definatley hear the asian pop influence nevertheless great performance!

Even after a couple of months, I can still feel the vibe that was going though that venue that night when Marty was playing this song for Jason and was really playing it for Jason personally. He walked over to his stage left and looked Jason in the eyes when playing every single note. I can tell you, I have seen many people with tears in their eyes. Never heard Marty play this song with this load of emotions in it.
