Does this have straight throughs or chambered? Sounds like straight throughs because I've never heard chambered Magnaflows sound so raspy without headers and no cats.

What the hell is everyone's problem. In my eyes any firebird with the LT1 or LS1 is a T/A. I have a 93 formula that I'm changing to a T/A body. Its a trans am with a few cosmetic differences. the interior and mechanics are the same. and what the hell does passing emissions have to do with anything? mine probably wouldnt

@fenderbassman13 Yeah man if anything, the formula is quicker because its lighter. Its all about personal preference though. Do what you like, if other people disagree, fuck it.

@BigKleib34 Formulas are not quicker, and actually weigh more, Trans Am's are the performance models above Firebird and Formulas, they came with tighter steering (14.6:1), more aluminum driveline parts (hence the weight reduction), and a higher gear ratio, usually 3.23 or 3.42, some ws6's even came with 3.73's, they also came with bigger double clutch brakes, and Trans Ams came with a different intake manifold, these are just a few of the differences that set the Formys and Trans ams apart

@BigKleib34 it depends. the formula is lighter in the rear. less traction. i put a trans am hatch on and i'm a lot quicker off the line. some people like the base body, but i personally prefer the more aggressive trans am design.
