i hate to sound like i'm against everything cuz i'm not. but women's self defense is different. no time to experiment. there's a context for everything.

Not bad. But you forgot to mention that if the attacker is just an inexperienced person, and if the throw is performed quickly, it can be very effective, because you don't expect it. And every throw in Judo requires the part where you put the other person of balance. That way, it is almost impossible for him to reverse the situation. This wasn't in the vid.

That would depend on the chokehold. And personal self defense is not to be mistaken with military or security applications.

@jigoyawara thats not the point. with an attacker twice your size it's imposible with kuzuchi, kawasaki, hibaci or anything else. i'm a big fan of judo and other reputable martial arts but in proper context. thanks for your comment.:)

Where is the kuzuchi ? its impossible in that form ...thats obvius
