Fantastic achievement. Elina really controls her voice and shows the needed dramatic expression. You can feel the adrenaline. The combination with the orchestra is optimal. Great video!

@LordHettrick We are indeed, which is why I saw fit to compare her with Katherine ^.^ She may not be an actual opera singer, but she sings the same material and I have a lot of respect for her :D

@bpetii1 I've always found Katherine to sing with plenty of emotion, but fair enough if you prefer Elina. I prefer Katherine's voice, as personal preference. I found her high notes good in the versions I've listened to - she hits them perfectly and doesn't struggle. I don't think Katherine needs to be an actual opera singer to sing an aria well - she sings the same songs but hasn't been in an opera.
I've only really heard Elina a few times and mostly when dueting with Anna Netrebko.

@Sapphire848 I think Elina is much more better than Katherine Jenkins. Not just her voice, her performance is better, too... In my opinion Katherine J. sings this aria not so well. Her vowels not soo good at singing, and i think she doesnt sing with enough emotion. And her high notes not so good. She has a good voice, But dont compare Kathrine with Elina.... Elina is a real opera singer.
