I really didn't fully appreciate how awesome these are until owning one. Now having it for a while I can say that these are really fine all that they say. The clarity provided by the fiber optic and the Tritium at 4x32 with bullet drop compensator is awesome.
The BAC feature with the TrijRedDot on top is mind blowing too.
And yes, it is a proud Jesus model JN 8:12 ..." the light of life." 8-)

Yes. It's a scope, not a red dot.

Is ACOG parallax free?

Its not saphire, there is a saphire crystal INSIDE the scope, but the lenses itself it extremely strong material. And when i said hydration, it was a typo, its some has that starts the the letter H.

i just THINK it is safphire glass, you would not be able too look clearly trough a crystal..
Once you use one, you'll know why is so damn expensive.

Using a forging is more expensive but you get maximum durability. Then there is precision machining. The tighter the tolerances the more expensive the machining (and better the product). Acogs have high precision machining for increased reliability and function. They will hold zero in extreme circumstances which is critical in a police or military action. Then of course the use of high quality glass and also tritium increases the cost.
