This is our exciting fitness/self-defense class designed for all fitness levels. Elite Training is an action packed combination of fitness training that incorporates endurance, strength, flexibility, and basic self-defense techniques. Self-defense strikes are performed in the air and on padded targets. That's right! You get to hit something! You'll leave stress-free, smiling, and knowing you've had a great workout.
Elite Training Boot Camp
Are you ready to go to the next level? Bag work - calisthenics - obstacle courses - resistance training - combat techniques on targets - serious abdominal training. You get the picture. You'll think you woke up in the Special Forces!
Elite Strength Training
This challenging total body workout will develop muscular strength and endurance. You will get great results fast and feel stronger after each class. We want to pump you up! All exercise levels welcome.
Fitness Kickboxing
Authentic kickboxing on bags and targets with abs and stretch included. It's a kick-butt sweat pouring, bag slamming, aggression releasing, power punching workout for the bored with the spa scene raging kickboxer deep inside us all!
Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing
It's time to amp it up! This class is for adults and teens who feel like they need an extreme workout that kicks butt.
