VW Golf mk3 problem

1993, VW Golf, 1.6L ABU engine, manual transmission, with running problems. This happens when the car idles and runs. When you step on the gas, it acts like you have a very bad lag, and it does it when the weather is cold. Car stalls when i change gear. Things i've changed:

-Spark plugs
-Distributor cap and rotor
-Spark plug wires
-Coil pack
-Coolant temperature sensor
-Lambda sensor
-Changed the whole injection unit wich includes new TPS sensor, injector, fuel pressure regulator, idle control switch, intake air temperature

When i scan it using VAG-Com, i get this all the time:

00670 - Throttle Position Sensor (G127) 03-10 - No Signal - Intermittent

wiring is in good condition!

What is wrong with it? Can you help me?

Idle Air control valve? I've had to replace this on 3 of my cars that suffered from this sort of problem... BUT I'm guessing you've fixed it by now lol. What was the problem caused by?
