well im thinking bout just cutting it off befor the muffler and running straight pipes cuz there dual all the way until the muffler!

ive always thought that stock mustang exhaust has sounded a bit empty and hollow...with respect to the fact that its stock.

Haha, I have the same car (except a 2000)... And it sounds the same. FOR A V6, I must say, the Mustang sounds AWESOME (don't get me wrong, I love the way V8s sound as well - the V6 'Stang still sounds good).
Nice setup you commented about, I want to see a video pretty badly. I just bought a dual exhaust for mine. I found GT Takeoffs from another 'Stang for $100, and I'm just going to run straight-pipes after the cats right down.
You planning on doing headers?

@bdizzle248 I haven't done header. Just from the cats back. The flow masters sound great on a V6! I'm so glad I have my dual exhaust! I should put a video of it up, seeing as how I've had the duals for years now lol

Don't buy a kit, just have a muffler shop fab in a custom H pipe! With Flowmaster 40s!

Actually, it sounds pretty bad in the video, but thanks none-the-less.
Either way, it sounds great with the dual exhaust, I'll put a video of that up soon!
