If you would like me to make more films of the M14 or GT14 please give me a thumbs up, thanks.

This is my first try and filing the Carisma M14 on road radio controlled car. I need to work on it as some parts are out of shot. Even slowing the footage down the car is fast! This is running the up rated motor and battery.

I will try again in a new car park near me as this may be smoother. I will get some more on board footage to.

The body is the Ferrari FXX and there are about 10 different bodies to choose from in this model range. The kit comes RTR (ready to run) with everything you need -- transmitter with batteries, car, battery and wall charger. One open it takes about 3 hrs to fully charge the car battery. This will give time to get used to the controls and read the manual.

I used my Canon FS306 camera to film this. I did not try using the motion setting and the lighting was set to 'bulb' resulting in the blue effect to the footage.

  • @giley124 Speak soon.

  • @rcBitz ok will do thanks

  • @giley124 If you go to my Channel page you will see a link to the website - hope this helps. If not send me a mail and I'll help.

  • @rcBitz ok thanks, where do i get the brushless Carisma motor and ESC and correct Pinion gear from?

  • @giley124 I've not tried to see what is the max speed you can get. I guess for the best setup a brushless Carisma motor and ESC with correct Pinion gear married with a lipo should have you in the lead :-) Good luck

  • @rcBitz ok so whats the max speed this car could reach? and is there any more upgrades that could make this car go even faster? like a better motor? sorry for asking so many questions, im having a little 'race' with my friend in the new year, and i really want to beat him lol :/

  • @giley124 @giley124 They start at £60 and the motor is about 12 and battery about 12 also. There are other upgrades on hear but these are the main ones to gain more speed.

Changing the pinion gear will also increase this speed at the cost of run time.

  • @rcBitz nice how much would that be with upgrades?

  • @giley124 With the upgrades speeds are around the 22 mph mark, depending on surface running etc. A great little car a massive scale speed being only 14th scale and not 10th scale. I must make a new better video for this great car.

  • how fast does it go? with upgrades?
