I have the exact same amp. It was my grand father's who bought it in 1965. It still has the original carrying strap though. I am having some trouble with the sound on mine. I don't know much about amps but I think these are tube amps are they not? I have read that they do require maintenance etc. Could you tell me if you have ever needed to replace tubes or set the bias etc on yours.

sounds incredible. Stinging sparkling beautiful. I wish polytones were more accessible. For me I've never seen one in person or at a shop.
