http://www.guitarprinciples.com Learning to strum & sing is very important for new guitar players. It can be very difficult to put it all together, unless you pick the right songs and practice them in the right way.

  • You made me a bit confused about G chord is only middle and ring finger sufficient.I lernt this way- middle, ring, index and pinkie with pinkie on 1st string and index on 2ndstring

  • @19990SAND

It can be done all ways. But it sounds great without the 5th string.

  • God bless you I am begineer from Nepal ..I learnt all major , minor and seventh chord. Some rhythms like 4x4 beat and 1-2-an-an-4-an..hoping to sing along :)

  • really systematic method of teaching. Wish I had come across these lessons 7 months before. Never really was told about sitting, hand positions etc. So well got to think about unlearning a bit. :)
