how do you get to this race course

get yourself to champion level and it gets unlocked, it's near the main airport, not dillingham at the top, but at the bottom end of the island...you will see it if you zoom in or look at the bottom of your game map on paper that came in the case. :)

sounds more like a Formula One car.
