The video clearly exposes the danger of the lease option home SCAM in Dallas Texas.

Many houses are sold using this unethical strategy by shady real estate companies.

This practice is also commonly referred to a rent to own, lease purchase, or rent to own

  • lame video. this guy's just promoting his own business by scaring people into avoiding a perfectly legitimate means by which to purchase a home. sure, there are abuses of every kind of contract. never rush into a transaction without hiring a good attorney and/or escrow company, doing your homework and - when appropriate - checking someone's credit.

  • This video represents exactly why we needed a 700 billion bailout. Aren't we all tired of the lies like this?

I give it 1 star but I wish there was a lower rating.

  • this guy is the REAL SCAM artist...

  • HE IS SELLING LEASE OPTION WITH ANOTHER LABEL OR TITLE

  • Very Clever video! Good job describing a Contract for deed! LOVE IT.Keep up the good work!

  • That is the whole ideal of lease option like leaseing a car you never own it

  • lol, one scam for another

  • You gotta love it. The government steps in to insure that more people will face foreclosure. Another door is closed for desperate home sellers. Throw those politicians/bums out!

  • This is one of the worst videos i've ever seen. Lease options help people if you do the m correct. You have to prequalify them correctly. not everybody with bad credit is approved. If done correctly then both parties gain in the end. Learn the facts dipp shit. Just because there were a couple bad apples in texas that were using them to scam people doen't mean the whole program is a scam

  • So you rent it to somebody else called a "sandwich lease" if the owner charges you $1,000/month, you rent it out for $1,500/month and there you make your $500 profit. Whatever makes you money, homeownership is not all that important sometimes.
