YOUTUBE STALKER HARASSER CONTACT INFO ORDERED BY JUDGE TO BE REVEALED

I am thankful that a judge ordered google to reveal the contact information of a stalker. The email and ip adress must be given for the plaintiff to take legal action and hold a youtube stalker accountable.

@TheLovelyladylover good deal keep taking action follow up make sure action is being taken. If it keep sup tell GOOGLe if they dont put a stop to him you will take action and get his user id. Use the process first of yt reporting unless he is makig threats to you. That is something authority can do yet alot of times police pass teh buck to feds or other states it is happenening depending on budget. Use civil court to get restraining order too if needed. Or civil action

@combatvetlawstudent Keep in mind that if the issue is one of simple harassment, probably the best and simplest course of action is to report to YT. When more serious issues such as copyright violations, defamation, etc. are involved, in order to have a reasonable chance of winning a judgment, it is necessary to demonstrate some tangible loss (such as directly related economic loss, negative affects on health, etc.).

@combatvetlawstudent Often just reporting to YT isn't enough, they just open new channel(s) and keep harassing a target. Just set up a system where you record everything, screenshots of comments, comments in inboxes and emails, also save page source codes in case they delete the comments. Keep the data organized and in a safe place, if you have an attorney forward copies. Be patient... and don't allow it to distract you from life...just keep your ducks in a row; when time is right - nail em.

This is interesting and timely... thanks for posting this video sister! Right, we should never be 'sue-happy' - but there are times when it's necessary. And we should never 'threaten to sue' as some phrase it (i.e., 'bluff'). A bluff is the equivalent of a lie - and that would be wrong, eh? The Lord bless you sister.
