    It is a comparison. Niedermeyer from the movie animal house who was the dad in the Twisted sister video for We're Not Gonna Take It. (and is one of the baby's faces here) In fact she gives almost the same speech at the beginning of the oh come all ye faithful video. IE who are you? where do you come from?
