This guy is obviously still in the early stages of withdrawal from the Opiate addiction he clearly has not recovered . Perhaps the opposite is true . Possible he is still an addict swallowing opiates like candy. This may explain his maniac behavior. Symptoms of Bi-polar disease also present.
