Cool video, Fade out effect is off in a few of your videos though. Also, I heard somewhere that ketchup was originally a fermented food, but I'm not sure how true that is.

Thank you so much Megan, for showing me how easy it is to make ketchup. I was a Heinz ketchup-acholic since a young age.
In the last few years I switched to the President's Choice Organic Ketchup, but I have been concerned about the sugar all this time from both products.
I will check out your site for the recipe.
