Have u ever heard the name of J.V.Narlikar, Carl Sagan, Steven Weinberg, Richard Feynman, S.Chandrsekhar, Bertrand Russel...they are well renowned scientists, astrophysicists, Nobel Laureate and are Atheist and strongly disbelief Astrology. @catacombphilic you don' even know the basic knowledge of astrology. they were called as nine planets just for the sake of understanding to the layman. It is more or less equal to saying as sun rises in the east. where as the east and west are changing day by day to the observer from the solar system other than earth, for that reason we cannot teach all things like earth revolution and rotation, in the first standard people like you.

Your so called wisdom fathers of astrology says there are nine planets 'navagrahas' which can be used to predict human fate...and what are these nine planets include...Rahu, ketu, sun(omg), moon...are they planets...had the great mathematician ARYABHATTA were alive today he would have peed on your wisdom.
