All we want is equality, to be treated the same way as heterosexual couples are treated. We deserve the same rights as anyone, because we are no less human than any other person on this planet. We don't need to worry about reproduction, we have seven billion people. There is no slippery slope. Women voting didn't lead to gerbils voting. Interracial marriage didn't lead to polyamorous marriage. There is no such thing as a logical argument against gay marriage and homosexuality, period.

You do sound simple. I live in a country where gay marriage was legalized 5 years ago.The world did not end.There are no wild sex parties in the streets. Life goes on as normal. You bring up the additional topics of marriage to children and marriage to animals. Is there much demand for that where you live? If there is such a demand I expect the democratic process will weigh the options and have it debated. Are you in favor of marrying animals yourself? Do you know anyone that wants to?

i'm bi my parents are homophobic. i may be only 12 but i will stand tall and proud of my sexuality. my teacher found oit and evwery time i hug anyone of any gender i get yelled at. and i have a good friend and every one assumes that because we are dating just becaus we are both bi.

The populace is not the Government is the reason why. Countries vote for people to represent their views and it is not a perfect system. The Government IS dependent on support from the people though and if an issue is important enough to change the people protest and make their views known and vote representatives out to get the changes they want. It doesn't happen overnight. You have ben ranting for days AGAINST gay marriage so it's odd today you change your mind. Peace.

I live in Canadaso I don't know exactly how your laws get passed. In my country demoscracy means majority in most cases. Are you aware of any bestiality movements for marriage rights or is it all just in your imagination? Presently it's a crime so I see little reason for you to worry. Do you not have enough real problems in your life to worrry about? Are your neighbors contemplating marrying their cats or marrying many others on your street? Where is there fear coming from? Is it real or not?
