Fathers of Girls

This gripping drama tells the story of Frank Horner (played by Ray Winstone) a solicitor based in a small town near Salisbury in Wiltshire. Frank raised his daughter Helen alone after his wife died in childbirth. The film follows Franks' journey to discover why Helen, a student in her early twenties, took her own life after just 10 months away from home. Frank searches for a reason why his bubbly 'princess' with her whole life ahead of her, is no longer here. He talks to those that knew her best to try to discover the truth.
Frank is desperate to find answers to the questions that now haunt his life. We follow his journey and the people he meets -none of whom are what they seem...
