There are some Baltimore youth who feel that certain teachers stress out students so much that the students no longer care. The stress comes from teachers judging students based on certain things which discourage students or by making it obvious that they care about some students more than they do others. This in turn leads to peer- pressure because students feel like they should settle for less. Sometimes, other students can also negatively influence students by telling them school is not important. Follow one student who feels that her grades, negative peer influence, a bad school environment and relationships to her teachers have discouraged her to want to finish her high school education.
