    Customer Reviews:

For the price its a great machine. I've had it for a couple years now and it has held up great. Material and workmanship is great, no problems. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is a little narrow. I am 5'7 and 135lbs. It is stable for me unless I'm going super fast. I am a ...

  • @SuperJoosh thanks! But watch me on leg day...its not quite so impressive! ;)

  • @SKATHAROZOUMISS its a squeezing movements so dumbells wouldn't work as well in my opinion. If you hit the right angle, with elbows at 45 degrees it is more of a lat movement than anything else.

  • @SKATHAROZOUMISS not especially, just a different line of pull that will recruit slightly different motor units.

  • All that with no water break? I literally would have passed out. Nick you are something else!

  • awesome moves. never seen before.the lean away is for romboids?

  • great video.the exercises bent over lat squezes is for what mucle?romboids rear delts?or it is working only the lats?can i do it with dumbels too?

  • @Darkfire1309 Giant sets training is just one method to add muscle, it isn't the "best" - that doesn't exist. This video shows a very advanced method of placing the muscle under extended tension, forcing a massive amount of blood into the tissue, and damaging muscle fibres. All of which will lead to a specific type of hypertrophy (a fancy term for muscle growth). Build a base with straight sets before really trying such an extreme method would be my advice to a beginner.

  • Great Video! I wonder if I could ask what the benefit is of doing a giant set like this as appose to a more conventional set rest method?
