hey i jus wana know i used to work out in school but really slacked off for the past 5 years... i am in the process of quiting smokeing and i just wana know if i should start back woring out now or wait till im fully over smoking...

@hoosbomb. Sure planks will help as will crunches but to see the abs the real secret is to sort out your nutrition. Nutrition nutrition nutrition!!! Everyone has a six or even and eight pack. You can do all the core exercises there have ever been but if you have a big slab of lard covering them you'll never see the abs. It takes a lot of sacrifice and dedication. We all know what are bad foods to eat and drink but still keep on taking them into our bodies. And remember, sugar is your enemy.

@rigorfitness I'm 14 and looking to get fit and put on a little muscle as I am very skinny. How many times a day/week should I do this exercise and how many reps?

hey say my main concern was building strength .. would you recomend lower reps w. more sets ?

Don't go to failure. Do less reps but do them explosively and fast. Just don't do too many sets that you reach failure.
