First , it hasn't been shown who was screaming. Second, this recording isn't to 9-11, but the non emergency operator. Third, how does wanting to keep a suspicious person in sight prove "malicious intent" to murder?

besides the recordings of TM screaming for his life, this recording to 911 should be a key peice of evidence. it shows malicious intent... plain simple
