@ThomasKurz: Your method/s REALLY work/s. After following one of your programmes (described in you book Stretching Scientifically) I could do the front splits after a month or so. Side split took me a bit longer, but absolutely satisfied with the results. Thank you very, very much.

Hello Mr. Kurz. In your site you say something about doing 500 sit-ups to strength abdomen for martial arts. Do I have to do a long set of 500 reps or is it ok to do 25 sets of 20 reps with 1-minute rest between each set?
