Nordstrom is completely unknown here in Sweden, probably because it's only US based. Great to learn how he with his bare hands dug the american dream back in the day.

I love Nordstrom, but today I was refused shoe shine service at the Bloomington, MN store so that the shoe shine attendant could shine the shoes of two employees. Wow, that's horrible customer service! I will be contacting a number of managers and corporate headquarters tomorrow to discuss the incident.

Nordstrom is Bloomingdales main competitor, theres only one bergdorf. and Saks Fith and Neiman dont compete with Nordstrom, Macys vs. DIllards vs. Lord and Taylor-- Nprdstrom vs. Bloomingdales (neither is "better") and Saks vs. Neiman vs. Bergdorf.
