  • I was just wondering what the action was like on most of your strats and your string size? Do you use 13's like Stevie with a very high action? Or do you do something different?

Love the videos too mate. Probably gonna purchase some of your DvD's soon. I've been playing for 10 years now (i'm 20) but I'm no where near good. I hope to one day be able to play the way you do.

  • @Musashi965 Action is fairly high, but I play with .11s. Thanks!

  • Hey Anthony, at 4:59 you state that the note on the 10th fret on the B string doesn't appear in the blues scale, but its A, so yeah I think it does, its the 4th and B being the 5th, same note on G string 14th fret (A)...or A string 12th fret (A)....hey I know sometimes when on vid and giving a lesson the brain slips....great lessons by the way!!!

  • @tdenault1969 Should have clarified, in that position, where most licks use notes from the major pentatonic, that note is not part of most licks because it's not in the major pentatonic in that key.
