@rangersct Umm isn't that what Sanda kinda is though? Kicks, punches, and wrestling? You only really took out Jiu-jitsu lol. They do have a very effective side kick tho. If there's one thing to take from this style, it would be their side stamp kick...well that and their Shuai Jiao takedown techniques. Oh also their kick catches are awesome!

Every kung fu match turns into the same thing, People will always fall back on boxing, muay tai, kickboxing and grappling (wrestling, bjj, judo etc) basically MMA. I still love kung fu as an art but in a fight it just plainly doesnt work in todays world where people know how to fight. But love your art!

For all the fools who say ''this is not kung fu" etc. kung fu is any Chinese martial art (at least that's the western interpretation of it) . Its not just the animal styles you see in movies. Try not post stupid comments

@munnymike its the full contact of wushu kung fu belive it or not.. There is another type, which is called kushu, this is the southern styles full contact..
