What I want to know is if I continue with this dead lift like so, will those muscles that I'm feeling during the movements start to get stronger? Because, honestly, they just feel so absolutely weak. I had started kettle swings already etc, but I didn't feel THIS! wow.
I'm just in in amazement. These are the muscles that feel so easily fatigued when I ski or ice skate and it takes away from the fun.
