I fixed it, I just changed an option in the registry which Microsoft stupidly forgot to do...

Try uninstalling all Microsoft Visual Applications and install again.

But when I try to install it I get an error.
An earlier version of Visual Studio 2008 was found on this machine.
I googled it but no luck...
I got this when I installed Visual C++ 2008 too but I fixed it but now I dont know how to fix it...
