Safe Mode with Networking Boot

This is an excellent troubleshooting step in case: (1) your PC does not start up (2) you have a bad virus/spyware infection and the PC is unusable (3) you cannot complete your virus/spyware scan (4) you want to backup files but the PC does nto start (5) you have Blue Screen Errors (6) you installed some new hardware and now the PC does not work right
