@yompy12 You utter idiot. I served with the army and am ashamed of this country. How can we call oerselves free when hired thugs in uniform can ignore their training and the law. The man was down. A competant officer could have arrested him single handed but these guys were just incompetant and out of control.

It is impossible to tell from the video what happened before the tazer was used.
The guy could have been violent or maybe he was not.
