this is so much fun. Bowie was a genius for simply being sexually ambiguous. something so obvious and yet no one was brave enough to do it on the level that he did. that is why he got those letters he speaks of, millions of people were waiting and hoping for those boundries to be crossed. He walked in and just did it.
