But if you want to start from the ground you need to wined up some more and kick harder also try to not use your hands when you do your windmill it's all about upperback and shoulders your hands just slow you down you want to keep your hands close to your chest and just roll over them once you get on your back just pop up and twist really quickly on your shoulders and remember to kick your legs hard. If you do this you'll gain speed an it'll make them look way cleaner

You just need momentum try learning how to do a windmill from standing up that's what I do

to get back into the stab position, do u have to jump onto the stab? or does it naturally go to that position

umm - for me - it came naturally....because i have long legs i could never jump into the stabbed position....but i HAVE seen alot of bboys who do/did jump into a stabbed position when they first started out....just experiment with it and you'll know what you feel more comfortable with

how do you keep your back on the ground because i always end up in a sitting position almost

if thats the case I recommend just practicing the initial kick and rolling onto your upper back/shoulders until it becomes natural

...i can do this but after 4 rounds my right knee si just falling on the ground..what should i Do?

Chances are if your knees hit the ground, your not getting high enough on your shoulders. I had the same problem practicing barrel mills. As long as you keep yourself on your shoulders, your legs will be up in the air and able to move freely
