@topolma hey your probably either stabbing too low or your doing a bad sidechair. if its the first try moving your stab up a little. if its the second work on your shoulder flexibillity. if its niether it may just be starting pain and that happens to a lot of people. it means your relying on your wrist to much and not your core. it will stop hurting the more you practice and your wrist and core will get stronger. it may also be your just not using your core. in that case try flexing your core a
