Mugen: Poppy (me) Vs Shishio Makoto

I got a request to fight Shishio with Tetsu, but I'm in more of a wolf mood today, so I used Poppy instead.

Stage: Hakurei Gensou
BGM: Ape Escape - Sushi Temple

Now, I want to clear a few things up for anyone who's going to post or think this:
"Stop spamming the same attack!"

1: Poppy only uses 3 buttons for basic attacks (the other ones are used for special moves).

2: Poppy can't block, at all.

3: This Shishio Makoto we're talking about here, one of the cheapest swordsman characters in all of Mugen (check out other videos on YouTube of him).

Now that that's cleared up, on to my opponent. I have no idea why Warner made this guy so cheap, but then again, almost every Mugen creator (even XCB) have created at least one cheap character. Shishio Makoto comes from the anime Rurouni Kenshin. Shishio has down right aggressive AI, and he's always on you. Some of his attacks have.....interesting block restrictions. For instance, you can't block the sword slash projectiles he uses while your in the air for some reason. Some of his attacks also break your guard. He also seems to have a lot of invinciblity frames in his attacks, which makes it somewhat hard to land hits on him. The one thing you need to watch out for is this guy's combo capability. Once he gets you into a combo, he'll immediately follow up with a super, and can score an instant perfect on you if your not careful.

This video will show you a small flaw in his AI that you can try and take advantage of, but unless your using a character like Poppy (or one with some sort of projectile), you might have more trouble with him.

One question for Judgespear (since he seems to know Warner best): Did Warner make this guy cheap on purpose?

Well, good luck. If you try to fight this guy with a tall character you'll be in a world of hurt, so I suggest using a small character like Poppy or Neco.

Ah geeze. I totally don't want to fight Shishio. He looks like a big pain in the ass.

He becomes sort of easy once you get the hang of fighting him (there's more than one flaw in his AI that you can take advantage of).
