Anyways I wanted to advice you few other ways ...
> Full stretch is for stamina and generally shape of you hands are lean and worked out .
> Semi stretch with wider gap between your hands give your biceps , Triceps gud healthy shape
> Further Less stretch with again a wider gap , gives you wide well built up chest shape.
For Various techniques Wrt Heart shape Hand position , Finger push up's , Fist push Up's ., Raised Leg Push Up's , Ninja type Book style push Up's ,
