  • @koska13 yes. :D if you do it everyday, you should lose weight. :D I have been in ballet for two years and i did this only twice a week (along with other exercises i did in between) and I lost quite a bit of weight. :D

  • Don't know why, but when the music starts I get a feeling of this being a parody or a joke :D maybe because such vivacious music is often used in movies while something funny is going on...
