@koska13 yes. :D if you do it everyday, you should lose weight. :D I have been in ballet for two years and i did this only twice a week (along with other exercises i did in between) and I lost quite a bit of weight. :D

Don't know why, but when the music starts I get a feeling of this being a parody or a joke :D maybe because such vivacious music is often used in movies while something funny is going on...

Preferably everyday before practice... it really will increase your flexibility and keep your muscles ready for any workout.
