  • hi jerome

I'm sorry, you haven't offend nobody, my words was only a correction, no problem for my band friends too.

the austrian language is obviously german but the sound is more gently and there only a few words different from german.

I think one important things is the music, it's the best language everywhere in the world.

    keep and keepin' on

    peter

    p.s.

    sorry for my bad english

  • Hahahaha - fooled me at 1st - I was wondering "I know 'Friend' but what is 'WhoCares?' Nice job on the tune too. I've heard and enjoyed many bluegrass versions of 'FotD' over the years-you did a fine job!. It works because FotD is in the "Traditional American Music" vein as is all of "American Beauty" and "Workingmans Dead"; after all, my namesake was a bluegrass banjo picker before he picked up the electric guitar. Interesting to hear it routed back to us thru Germany - I like it!

  • Hi, Jeromekerngarcia, Who Cares? Is the name of our band, thank you for youor words.

    p.s.

i'm italian with dobro and harp the rest of band are austrian from vienna and don't like that some people think are german is like that they said you are canadian or mexican for me is not importan we are all from this univers

  • Jerry Garcia????? What does he look different, hahaha!

Well, it's a fairly good performance.

    Good song!

  • Thank You Friend

  • "No reason to get excited," the thief, he kindly spoke,

"There are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke.

But you and I, we've been through that, and this is not our fate,

So let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late."

Sorry, friend of the devil, but the name of Bob Dylan I used while we play a Bob Dylan version of this Song, and Garcia is the autor fo this song but at the end is our name, Who Cares? ok?

  • Wow - great job. It is nice to know Grateful Dead is being played all over the World.

Many people in Europe like Grateful Dead?

You probably know they played Europe in 1972, 1981, 1990

  • Very nice, gentlemen!

  • ph54> the rest of band are austrian from vienna and don't like that some people think are german

I apologize to the rest of the band. Unlike President Osama, I do not think that Austrians speak "The Austrian language",however I mistakenly thought the intro in German meant the band was German. My sincere apologies! Clearly the Austrians sense of life includes Bluegrass and they have good Bluegrass skills, as do you!

  • Hahahaha - sorry! Please tell your band-mates "jeromekerngarcia apologizes" Our president obama thinks Austrians speak "'the Austrian language"- I do not make that error, I make different ones! I do not speak German, but as an American I wrongly assumed the German-speaker at the begining was indeed a German. . Stay tuned for more mistakes by JeroneKernGarcia!

  • ph54> "the rest of band are austrian from vienna and don't like that some people think are german"

@peterharp54: Please accept my apology to you and please tell your band-mates that I apologize. I am a typical American - I speak English and not much other :-/. When I heard German (I think) at the begining of the vid (unlike our Preesident, I know that Austrians do not speak "the Austrian language" but) sadly I assumed a German speaker was indeed a German :-/ :-| :-\ I am sorry to offend you
