The Youtube channel "YesOn26dotNet" does not allow comments on their lying video, at least not ones that disagree with them. Not surprising coming from these religious fascists who want to control women's bodies. I put it here so anyone that is not in lockstep with their religious agenda can comment.

Also, BTW, the original video embedded on PZ item now says "This video is private" and won'rt allow anyone (well, me at least & expect its the same for others) to view it.

Thanks for doing this - well done. The video itself is just so full of lies and nonsense - I'm just going to refer y'all to PZ Myers blog post on it titled 'Mississippi’s shame' posted October 26, 2011 at 8:53 pm. I agree with Myers on this. This proposed law is not "pro-life but anti-women and also utterly ridiculous. Full stop.

It's probably worth pointing out that even your OBGYN won't call you pregnant before the fertilized egg implants on the uterine wall. And in fact, most don't, even under normal circumstances. Prop 26 is declaring personhood for pregnancies that haven't even happened yet, have a good chance of never happening, and that aren't even recognized by trained medical professionals.

This is a blatant lie. Hormonal birth control attempts to prevent the production of an egg, but sometimes an egg is produced. At this point, hormonal birth control and IUD will prevent the "person" from attaching to the uterine wall. Under prop 26, hormonal birth control is murder. Anyone telling you differently is a liar. Shame on Freda Bush, she knows better. Apparently her moral compass is a little selective.
