@ANE91drumdude I transferred in after 1 year at ohio state, and really glad I did. Amazing school, you can do anything you want afterward if you do it right.

Yeah I'm definitely reapply at the end of next year, hopefully I'll get some decent financial aid if I get accepted, seeing as I don't live in Virginia and out-of-state tuition is like $40000...and thanks for wishing me the good luck.

Sorry about not getting in this year. There were many qualified applicants, UVA just didn't have enough space to admit them all =/
