MY 2010 CHRIST-o-LANTERN plus the WEST HOLLYWOOD HALLOWEEN PARADE

..making halloween a little more holy ween , or trying to... bringing the light to the darkness... that's Jesus Christ for those of you who do not know .. ; west hollywood has one of the largest, if not the largest, halloween carnival or party if you want to call it that ..it's on the main street in west hollywood (WeHo) and I was there.. mostly just observing .. but also shining the light .. halloween actually has some religious roots, both catholic & protestant, that are often overlooked or ignored by many .. including all-saints day, all-souls day, and reformation day .. it's a time to remember our faith as well as the fun of costumes, haunted houses, and other scary things .. I also make a Christ-o-Lantern every year .. a little bit different than a jack-o-lantern ..
