I reconstitute Dysport with only 1.5cc but I dont like Botox with 1cc because I like to be able to inject several areas in the belly of each muscle and at only 1cc dilution you do not get enough volume to do that. I prefer 2cc dilution. I have plastic surgeon friends who use 2.5cc, 4cc, 5cc, etc and I think that gives you too much volume which can increase the risk of diffusion.

To a certain degree yes but it wont be totally wrinkle free as the eyelids are like curtains: To be able to close a curtain, it will pleat or wrinkle when you open it.
