Retired President Moi has been found liable for detaining a senior security official during his rule, and has been ordered to pay 2 billion shillings in compensation.

Justice Jeanne Gacheche said Mr Stephen Mureithi should be paid the billions of shillings. Smriti Vidyarthi has more.
