  • mmm not a bad move but she needs to be at parallel or below for this to be a great move

  • Good work out, but you need to be closer to 90 degrees instead of around 100 degrees or so.! Good video though and/or howevers.!

  • I sure once you have this "down" you could add weights,like a Kettlebell and make it a lot harder.

  • True. And you are not supposed to let your hands touch your thighs! But I bet this woman can beat most met at it!

  • It's okay to start that high. But normally you want to be much lower and closer to 90 degrees at the knees.
