Good work out, but you need to be closer to 90 degrees instead of around 100 degrees or so.! Good video though and/or howevers.!

I sure once you have this "down" you could add weights,like a Kettlebell and make it a lot harder.

It's okay to start that high. But normally you want to be much lower and closer to 90 degrees at the knees.
