Wow so sugar is compared to the likes of crack. Interesting. But I guess it is kinda addicting. I heard that it was the processed sugar and the high fructose corn syrup that was bad for people though. I kinda suspect that too much could aid in wearing out the body and some of its systems. I plan to cut back but I'm going to try to do it wisely

The FDA approved aspartame. I'm pretty sure they'd approve sugar. ;)

Hi Sean...I just started watching your videos and I don't know if you respond to questions here, but I have a question and I would really appreciate it if you answered it..does L-glutamine work at controlling sugar cravings if candida overgrowthis the underlying cause of the cravings or is it only effective for those not dealing with yeast and parasite issues?

Sugar cravings are there for a reason. Humans are frugivores and should be consuming massive amounts of fruit. If you aren't, then at least make up those carbs with rice, potatoes, etc.

Be careful though man I mean this assumes that the good guy is DEFINITELY fat and the bad guy is DEFINITELY carbs... I'm not convinced just yet lol
Remember that fruits are loaded with simple sugar (fructose) and many believe our sugar cravings are related to carb-fuelling of the body for things like fruits.
Anyway, still learning here :)
