@jkonthank Thanks for the information and the lead! I will go look at cosmoprof. I use Lite "Blue" Bleach by Affinage mixed in a 1:1 ratio... stays moist and does not bleed or expand. Affinage also makes a product called bBlond that is intended for Balayage and has the perfect consistency. Thanks again!

Hi! Framisi makes one like this and I think Goldwell and I saw it at cosmoprof beauty supply, but also Loreal makes smaller and larger ones as well, they call them planchettes I think. But I think you may have to go through 4 star distribution for Loreal. Btw what kind of bleach do you balayage with so it doesn't bleed?
